This project was a team submission to the “Concepción - Habitando (el) al Limite” (Concepción - Inhabiting (the) At the Limit), an urban design solutions contest, where I had the opportunity to work alongside a vertical team of architects, urban developers and students, both in Brazil and Chile. Our project suggested the geomorphological restoration of the Andalién river (in the Bio-Bio region of Chile), as well as the sustainable restoration and urbanization of the nearby regions. The challenge was to develop a solution within three scales - the mouth of the river, the urban landscape and specific terrain approaches. In response, our team developed a complete modular system for the redesign of river edge.
